Cadre continues longest streak as real estate company on list after momentous year

Cadre continued to receive honors for our work breaking down barriers in commercial real estate by enabling institutions and individuals to invest in the same highly diligenced deals.

This June, the firm was named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list for the 7th consecutive year.

A number of factors were considered in the selection process for the list, including the many milestones we reached over the past 12 months.

Despite rising economic uncertainty, Cadre reached a 27.6% average realized net IRR and returned millions of dollars to our investors, successfully exiting five investments in the past year, including an office portfolio in Colorado Springs, CO, a multifamily deal in Atlanta, GA, a multifamily property in Baltimore, MD, an industrial asset in Phoenix, AZ, and a life science property in Rockville, MD. [1] Overall, the firm has surpassed $4 billion in owned transaction volume and returned $461.8 million to investors in gross distributions.[2]

With the intent to serve the diverse needs of its investor base, we also launched two fund offerings, the Cadre Direct Access Fund II and the Cadre Horizon Fund, as well as a solution for investors to fund investments using IRA dollars.

We are proud to be recognized among some of the country’s top innovators on Forbes’ list as we continue working to promote innovation across the real estate industry. Further, we continue to build motivation to continue creating new technology and refining our platform for the benefit of investors.
